These terms govern your use of the Murase Kabanko storefront, operated by Zen Quality Backpacks (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy.

Placing an Order

An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order — for example, if stock is unavailable, a price has been listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated, and are inclusive of Japanese consumption tax where applicable. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our payment processor.

Product Information

Because each Randoseru is finished by hand, minor variations in grain, colour, and stitching are natural and are not defects. We try to represent colours accurately, but screens differ; the finished bag may vary slightly from the photograph.

Delivery

We ship worldwide as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

You may return an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it, on the terms set out in our Refund & Return Policy. EU and UK consumers have additional withdrawal rights, which are also described there.

Warranty

Every Murase Kabanko Randoseru carries a six-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Wear from ordinary use — patina, stretching, minor colour change — is not a defect and is not covered.

Intellectual Property

The Murase Kabanko name, the Zen Quality Backpacks name, our logos, product photography, and website content are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not use this website to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to place fraudulent orders, or to copy or redistribute our content. We may suspend accounts and refuse orders where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products under statutory consumer protection. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Consumers in the EU and UK retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which they live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page will reflect the last revision. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was accepted.
