Free Shipping

Zen Quality Backpacks offers free standard international shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons, sales events, or new collection launches, processing may extend to 3 business days. If your order is subject to a delay, we will notify you by email.

Delivery Time

Standard international delivery times are as follows:

• United States & Canada: 10–14 business days

• Europe & United Kingdom: 12–18 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days

• Asia-Pacific: 14–21 business days

• Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with established international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services (USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination country and package size.

All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Order Tracking

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at andrew@zenqualitybackpack.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zen Quality Backpacks is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Because our products are shipped internationally, your package may be subject to customs inspection. This can add additional time to the delivery estimate. We appreciate your patience.

We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about potential duties or taxes before placing your order.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss and damage in transit up to the full order value at no additional cost to you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please see our Lost or Damaged Packages section below.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members who may have accepted it on your behalf.

2. Allow 2 additional business days for local postal delays or mis-scans.

3. If still not located, contact us at andrew@zenqualitybackpack.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contents, photograph the damage, and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Zen Quality Backpacks is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or left unclaimed at a customs office or postal facility, it will be returned to Zen Quality Backpacks. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% may apply. Contact us before refusing a package if you have concerns.
