At Zen Quality, we stand behind the 60-year heritage of Murase Kabanko. Every bag is inspected for structural integrity and leather quality before it leaves our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bag isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
